Lia Nissan of Saratoga is not affiliated with the previous owners of Saratoga Nissan nor their current lawsuit regarding vehicle transactions between 2010 and August 2013. Lia Auto Group acquired the Nissan dealership located in Malta in September of 2013. Q: Are we affiliated with Saratoga Nissan?
A: No. We are a completely separate organization.

Q: Can I get a copy of my deal documents?

Q: Am I able to trade in my car if I have not collected my settlement?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I still get my car serviced at Lia Nissan Saratoga?
A: Yes you can. As a matter of fact we are still honoring complimentary oil changes for prior Saratoga Nissan customers.
